Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and guarantees work for BL AdWorks digital products and services. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Digital products — all sales final

Our digital products — including the Klaviyo RPR Welcome Flow Pack, playbooks, and other downloads — grant instant access to intellectual property. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital products once access has been delivered.

What you get instead: hands-on install help

We stand behind every digital product with something more useful than a refund: hands-on help getting it working in your account. If you buy the RPR Pack and get stuck importing or configuring the flows in Klaviyo, reach out and we’ll walk you through it until it’s live. The guarantee is that you end up with a working setup — not that you can return the files after downloading them.

Done-for-you services

Service engagements — builds, ads, email, automation, and consulting — are governed by the proposal or written agreement for that project, including any deposit, milestone, and cancellation terms. Deposits reserve time and cover work already started, so they are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to pause or cancel an active engagement, contact us and we’ll settle any unbilled work fairly based on what has been delivered.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged more than once for the same product, or a payment failed to deliver your product, contact us with your order details and we’ll correct it promptly.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback on a delivered digital product, rather than contacting us, may result in loss of access and support.
