27 points, a real diagnosis, no pitch attached. I tell you what's broken whether you hire me or not.
Build it once. Run it every month.
Two prices. No tiers, no upsells hiding in the fine print.
Klaviyo Retention Build
Flows, segmentation, deliverability. Built by hand, live in about 2 weeks.
- Welcome, cart, post-purchase, win-back flows
- List segmentation and cleanup
- Deliverability setup and warm-up
- Full Klaviyo account audit
Ongoing Management
Campaigns, testing, and reporting after the build goes live. Cancel anytime.
- 2 to 4 campaigns a month
- Flow testing and iteration
- Monthly performance report
- Direct access to me, not a queue
Order matters: the build comes first. Once it's live and you've seen it work, Management is optional, not required.
Pricing questions
Size matters less than which flows are firing. A small list running welcome, cart, and post-purchase flows usually outperforms a big list running campaigns alone. If your list is under a few hundred people, start with the free flows first and come back once you have real traffic.
Run it with your own numbers. If email and SMS make up 10% of your revenue today and you think it should be closer to 30%, that gap times your monthly revenue is roughly what this build is chasing. I won't hand you a guaranteed percentage. Your list, your product, and your traffic decide the real number, not a slide deck.
Bigger retainers usually mean a strategist, a builder, and an account manager on your account, each juggling other clients too. Here it is one person end to end. I build the flows, run the tests, and answer your emails myself.
It's yours. Nothing breaks if you walk away. If you want it kept sharp, tested, and reported on every month, that's the Management retainer, no minimum term. If you'd rather run it yourself from here, I hand off exactly what I built and how it works.
No. The build is one-time and done when it ships. Management is month to month. I keep clients because the flows work, not because they signed something.
3 at a time. That's a real cap on what one person can build and manage well, not a marketing number. If I'm full when you reach out, the audit still runs and I'll tell you honestly where that leaves you.
